Started both games in the NIT after not starting since Feb. 13 recovering from a tonsillectomy • started 27 games • averaged 8.2 points, 2.8 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game on a 43.8 field goal percentage and 81.1 free throw percentage • scored in double-figures 10 times • corralled a career-best seven rebounds against Bradley at Redbird Arena • dished out a season-best and career-high-tying eight assists against Drake Feb. 5, and followed it up with eight dimes against Bradley three days later • scored a season-high 23 points at Missouri State • matched his previous season-high with 17 points at Northern Iowa and at Bowling Green • sat out five games due to a throat infection and tonsillectomy he underwent Feb. 21
