2007-08/senior at Illinois State
Started both games in the NIT after not starting since Feb. 13 recovering from a tonsillectomy • started 27 games • averaged 8.2 points, 2.8 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game on a 43.8 field goal percentage and 81.1 free throw percentage • scored in double-figures 10 times • corralled a career-best seven rebounds against Bradley at Redbird Arena • dished out a season-best and career-high-tying eight assists against Drake Feb. 5, and followed it up with eight dimes against Bradley three days later • scored a season-high 23 points at Missouri State • matched his previous season-high with 17 points at Northern Iowa and at Bowling Green • sat out five games due to a throat infection and tonsillectomy he underwent Feb. 21

2006-07/junior at Illinois State
Played in 30 games, and started 26 • In just his second-career game as a Redbird, poured in 32 points, including seven three-point field goals, in ISU's loss at Florida State • He was named the MVC Newcomer of the Week for his performance against the Seminoles, and received Colonial Classic All-Tournament honors • Recorded 11 double-digit scoring outings • Had 8 points and a career-high eight assists against Missouri State (Jan. 15). Coached by Porter Moser.

 

Three Rivers Junior College

Led the Raiders to a 23-8 record during the 2005-06 season and averaged 15.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per game • Also tallied 88 assists and 38 steals • Over his two-year career averaged 13.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.0 steals per game, while twice being named to the All-Midwest Community College Athletic Conference and all-region teams • Coached by Gene Bess.

 

Bell City High School
A three-time Class 1A all-state selection and led the Cubs to a state championship as a sophomore and a senior, en route to being named the Southeastern Missouri Player of the Year • In his three seasons as a varsity starter, the Cubs notched an 88-15 record, including a 29-4 mark his senior season • Averaged 29.3 points, 9.3 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game his senior season and scored more than 40 points in seven games, including 40 points in the state championship game •
